Liability
JAG RC truly cares about every customer purchase, and we will do our absolute best when it comes to assisting you with a purchase, helping you with product questions, and helping you choose the components for your aircraft. As with everything, there are limitations, and here are ours, listed below.
JAG RC shall assume no responsibility for injury, death, property damage, crash damage, aircraft damage, or damage to other accessories during any aspect of radio controlled flight or otherwise.
The end user shall be solely responsible for all final decisions with his/her parts selection, component setup, and final operation of aircraft / accessories at hand, and shall assume all risk & liability associated with the flight and or usage of the items purchased from JAG RC.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information/pictures due to a typographical website error, or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, JAG RC has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
JAG RC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order(s) whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, JAG RC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. With any listed product upon JAG RC's website, we hold the right to update, modify or delete information at our own choosing.
Credit Card/Debit Card Authorizations & Charges
All credit card/debit card transactions are processed at the request & approval of the card holder, either verbally or in word/document form. For any pending orders that have not been charged, credit cards on file will not be charged until approval is obtained. For any refunds made via credit cards, please allow 48 hours or more before the refund is posted within your account; JAG RCt is not liable for any delay in regards to processing time after any refund has been made, as this is based upon the bank that is affiliated with said credit card/debit card.
Copyright/Trademark Information
Information, whether it be pictures, descriptions, writing, or other intellectual property, is owned via JAG RC, and all trademarks via JAG RC are registered & copyrighted, and are not to be disseminated or infringed upon. Written permission must be obtained for any use of the images, information, text, products or other displayed items upon JAG RC’s web based store.
Order Acceptance Policy
JAG RC holds the right to modify, cancel or decline any order at any given time. As for orders placed via our site, whether phone or on-line, JAG RC holds the right to hold said order in relation to fraud verification services to determine if we are able to release said order based upon the verification services we utilize.
Pricing Errors
We do our very best to maintain accurate pricing via our website, but if an incorrect price is listed via our website, JAG RC maintains the right to cancel and refuse any order placed with us in relation to product(s) that have been listed with an incorrect price, or modify any price at our discretion. If an order has been confirmed with an incorrect price, JAG RC has the right to cancel the order and refund the payment based upon the noted incorrect price.
Safety
Battery Safety
Due to the inherent makeup of batteries (specifically Lithium Polymer batteries), the end user shall be held solely responsible for the safe use, charging, handling, storage and care of all batteries purchased via JAG RC. Damages, fires, injuries, death, losses or otherwise will not be covered in any way, shape or form, nor shall JAG RC be held responsible for any such faults, failures or otherwise.
Safety in Use of Products
It is the end users sole responsibility to establish all safety protocol when utilizing our products, while maintaining proper safety of himself / herself and all surrounding persons, animals & property. This involves being well informed of the product(s) in use, fully aware of all safety and usage information via the manufacturer instructions, safety information and guidelines, and aware of all legal aspects in relation to product(s) in use, where applicable.
JAG RC will not assume responsibility and/or liability for any manufacturer defect, or damage due the use/misuse of the product purchased.
JAG RC shall assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, damage, losses, death or property damage associated with any product sold via JAG RC, nor shall we assume any losses for such failures.

Local Taxes
If you are a local resident of Indiana, any order via JAG RC will be taxed based upon IN tax rates. Please be aware that these taxes cannot be side stepped based upon local store pickup's with accounts that are based out of state. All local store purchases will be taxed based upon IN tax rates per state law. Orders outside of IN will not be taxed.
General Customs Information
For all international orders outside the USA, certain duty fees or customs fees may be required upon delivery of your order. Please understand that we have no control over any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other such customs fees, and cannot be held liable for any such fees, no matter what the situation may be.
Please be aware that all orders shipped from our facility are shipped at full customs value with all proper documentation and paperwork. JAG RC cannot / will not falsify any paperwork, documents or pricing, so please be aware that customs fees may be applicable based upon delivery of the parcel.
In regards to local customs or taxes questions, please contact your local customs agent for further information, and be aware that certain shippers, such as UPS, can apply brokerage fees to a parcel upon delivery - something 100% outside of our control. Any such brokerage fee must be paid by the customer, and if not paid, the order will be abandoned at the customers' loss.
If you receive your order and do not pay the required taxes, fees, duties or brokerage fees, the order will be abandoned at your local customs facility, and due to shipping fees and additional duty fees applied to return the order(s), we will not be able to make the return, and thus will not be able to offer any refunds, credits or otherwise.
Please be very aware of all such fees & responsibilities regarding these matters, as once the package/order leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your order.
Canadian Based Orders via UPS
For Canadian customers that use UPS as a carrier, brokerage fees will be applied to the parcel before the parcel is released by UPS, once arriving within Canada. These brokerage fees relate to UPS not being a bonded carrier within Canada, and in such, brokerage fees are applied relating to the customs processing of parcels.
All such brokerage fees in Canada via UPS (or any carrier) are 100% the sole responsibility of the customer. JAG RC cannot / will not be held liable for any such fees, and if the fees are refused by the customer, the parcel will be abandoned at the customers complete loss.
